I have been a customer for several years. You will get excellent service at a fair price. A couple of years ago I had some type of clicking noise in the engine. I took it in for an oil change and asked that the noise be checked. When I went to pay, I asked about the noise and how much it will cost to fix. They said no charge it was a simple piece that got bent and they simply bent it back.

Not only did they get done what they said they would, but they found and notified me of another problem. They're super nice and they won't sugar coat anything, but they have found a couple oversights that we otherwise wouldn't have known to be an imminent problem. They've done good work for us, even during covid going out of their way to make sure our vehicle was ready the same day when we were down to just the one. They're really great people and I continue to drive (or tow) our vehicles the extra 20 minutes away.

Cant say enough good about this place. They were crazy busy but found time to look at my car when i just stopped in. Then were able to figure out what the problem was, order the part, and put it on that same day. They also gave me a ride back to my house and came and picked me up when it was done. Every person i dealt with was friendly and professional. Instead of selling me something i didnt need they only fixed what was wrong. Saved me over a hundred bucks. If your anywhere near them dont take your car anywhere else. Thankx guys!

Northstar Auto has never let me down. They identify your problems and don't sell you services that are not needed. They treat you more like family than just another customer. This trip my car windshield washer was not working. They quickly discovered that mice had made my car there home while I was in Florida. They chewed through the washer tube and had filled my filters full of seeds and nuts. They also noticed I needed my brake fluid changed. They repaired my windshield washer tube, replaced my filters, and replaced my old brake fluid. They provided me with transportation home while they did the brake fluid so I would not have to sit there all day. How many auto places do that for there customers? Northstar Auto is family owned and go above and beyond to get you back on the road.
